While specialist equipment is available to cope with most eventualities, occasionally there may be a requirement to hire e.g. diamond core drill for ventilation duct hole in walls or perhaps a scaffold tower. This will always be discussed first.
Quotations will normally be given only after an initial site visit. Costs will be transparent. No VAT is charged on Labour. Travel will only be charged for if out of the local area and this will be made clear on the quotation.
Technical matters will be explained to customers in a way that is jargon free. We always try to explain things clearly to customers in a way that is easy to understand if you don’t have any prior knowledge of electrics.
We are always happy to recommend complimentary tradespeople – such as plasterers, plumbers and landscape gardeners - if required.

PR Electrical Services will always endeavour to do a professional job. Very occasionally, an adjustment may be needed or an issue may arise e.g. with a faulty piece of equipment. Should this occur, it will be resolved at no cost. This is further overlaid with a 6 year insurance backed warranty scheme through ELECSA, the professional overseers. Should an issue occur during this period, a client’s first port of call is PR Electrical Services. However, ELECSA undertakes to put things right using another ELECSA member, should for any reason the original installer be unable to do so, e.g. ceased trading.

PR Electrical Services are committed to safeguarding the environment and have worked hard to encourage wider use of LED technology. Since September 2018 manufacture of traditional bulbs has now been all but stopped by law; this reduces the fire risk and customer bills as well as the lighting energy needs of the nation. It has also improved light level greatly for the customer!
Initiatives including electric vehicle take up will steadily increase and PR Electrical will assist with the facilitation of vehicle charging points at a domestic user level.
